Luis was a wonderful tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the art, artist and timeframe from which it was painted. He took us from the Middle ages thru modern times. He provided us with amazing insight into the painting with a back ground of history at the time. His enthusiasm was infectuous. we would definitely request him again. love Luis !

Added valuable structure and insight to our museum visit

We found that our guide was very pleasant company, with a (at times) slightly unorthodox, but informed perspective of the paintings she chose to show us. The tour flew by, and we felt the information shared with us was always interesting, & most often was well beyond what you'd find in the information written on the wall by each painting. We weren't showed all the highlights of the gallery however, and only noticed a wing dedicated to Degas after the tour finished (20 mins early). This aside, we had a good time and would recommend the tour to any art loving tourists.

Toni was great, he is very knowledgable, and he guided us through the National Gallery in an entertaining, great way! It is a privilege to look at these master pieces of art and get to know the artists, the stories behind, the historical background, the meaning of a painting and funny stories around. Our adult kids and we enjoyed these hours a lot and we will surely remember the impressive pieces that we have seen there. Tony made our stay at the National Gallery very enjoyable and we regret that we cannot ask him to guide us through the Raphael exhibition now!
