On this tour, we'll pay a visit to what was Ground Zero for one of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War.

This is a trip back in time to three of the homes that stand to tell the tales of the epic battle of Franklin, Tennessee: The Carter House, Lotz House and the Carnton Plantation.

All three of these beautiful mansions are unique examples of Civil War-era architecture, which house unique stories of heroism and war as well as antiques, bullet holes and the occasional cannon ball indentation!

After exploring some of these impressive architectural monuments, have lunch on your own between tours of the homes in the historic downtown district of Franklin.
