Prelude We begin our jaunt at 08:15 from Zadar and at 09:00 from Bibinje. It’s time to let all your worries behind and relish the warmth of the sunshine and the light breeze. We welcome you to this journey with some breakfast and an aperitif, and a few introductory words from our experienced guide. Telašćica utopia The home to an abundance of flora and fauna, the place where peaceful beaches meet the steep cliffs, where the forests gently greet the barren rock - this is Telašćica Nature Park. It comes as no surprise that 2500 hours of sunshine caress this heaven every year - take a swim in the salty lake, climb the cliffs and enjoy the sunshine! Dalmatian gastronomy Once again we sail the tamed seas, and it’s time for a lunch break. Dining on a boat is an experience that is special on its own, but it reaches another level of appeal when the dishes served represent Dalmatia. Simple, yet delicious grilled fish and chicken served with salad will sway away even the most demanding taste buds, and a glass of local wine will seduce your hearts and souls. Kornati bliss - sandy beach, swim break Words are lacking the strength to describe the beauty that is Kornati National Park: 89 islands, islets and reefs scattered around like white pearls in the sea will simply take your breath away. Called “The tears of God” by the locals, these islands will charm you with their mesmerising dichotomy of marvellous stones and rocks, gently caressing the crystal blue sea. Return 17:15 is the planned return for Bibinje and 18:00 for Zadar They say all good things must come to an end, and so does this one. We return to Bibinje and Zadar, enjoying the final sights of Telašćica and Kornati, as the sun recedes behind the horizon.

Head to the meeting point and hop aboard a modern speedboat before setting out on your full-day island-hopping adventure from Zadar. Make your way to Dugi Otok Island, to the village of Božava, your first destination for the day. Here you'll discover the military tunnels built during the Cold War to protect the island and its inhabitants in case of an attack. From here, head to the village of Veli Rat. Hop into the water and explore a sunken 18th-century ship. Get a glimpse into the past as you snorkel above the underwater archeological site and see artifacts from the past. Next, head to Punta Bjanka - protected nature area to see the highest and one of the most picturesque lighthouses in the Adriatic Sea. The Veli Rat Lighthouse is located on the northwestern tip of the island and dates back to 1849. Then it's time for some well-deserved downtime at Sakarun Beach - protected nature area, a popular beach famous for its white sands and shallow, turquoise, crystal-clear waters. Take a walk along the beach, wade into the shallow waters, or lie back and soak up the sun before continuing to your next destination, Brbinjšćica Bay, where you'll visit the Golubinka Sea Cave and Dragon's Eye - protected nature area. Your full-day boat tour from Zadar also includes a break for lunch around 2:30 PM. If you are planning to have the lunch in the restaurant please take some cash with you, because the restaurant there is cash only. The restaurant is owned by one local fisherman family, so if you want you can try some delicious Dalmatian meals for affordable prices. If you are not planning to eat in the restaurant it’s smart to take something to eat with you because it’s a long 8h tour. If the weather permits, you'll also get the chance to visit some additional natural attractions and secret hidden gems, including the Cliffs of Dugi Otok near the town of Sali, Telašćica Bay in the Telašćica Nature Park, and the Kornati Islands National Park. Please note that sometimes depending on weather conditions we modify and adjust the itinerary to make this experience as good as possible. You will learn all about olive oil and how taste it as well as eat local food and taste award winning local wine. The tour is in three parts: 1. Historical stop offs at Operation Leap view point and Benkovac Kastle. 2. Tour of our olive mill, gold award winning olive oil and wine tasting and a delicious by cold buffet meal drizzled in oil and accompanied by wine. 3. Visit to Kamejak National Park to enjoy sensational views of the Kornati Archipelago. Our Olive Oil Mill – Olive Oil, Wine and Food: The core of our tour is Part 2, the experience of traditional and contemporary olive oil production methods at our family-owned mills. At the mills you will learn about local olive oil and wine tasting and participate in a comparative tasting session and understand how exceptional olive oils are created. Our award winning olive oil (gold and silver in the New York and Berlin International Olive Oil Council Awards over the last three years). We teach you professional techniques to discern the subtle notes and characteristics that distinguish a superb oil from the ordinary including the taste and health benefits of our exceptionally high polyphenols. You’ll become adept at identifying the hallmarks of excellence, from the initial aroma to the lingering finish. And you'll learn the health benefits of olive oil and and the Mediterranean diet and the science behind how its helps extend and improve quality of life as you age. The time at our mill includes tasting a sample fantastic local varieties of Croatian wines produced in one of the villages close to our mill. Gold ward winning wines demonstrating the progress being made by local Croatian wine makers. The mill visit concludes with a cold buffet meal. The flight starts by gliding over the Sinj field and crossing over the slopes of Kozjak towards Trogir. There, the view of the Kaštela Bay appears as we continue our flight towards Rogoznica and Primošten. Soon we will see the city of Šibenik on our right-hand side, where the contours of the Kornati islands will start to emerge. The flight over these interesting cliffs, miniature islands and reefs takes about fifteen minutes, and ends with a turn towards Šibenik, where we leave Kaštela Bay on our left-hand side. The trip ends with flying over the town of Sinj and landing at the airport.

As we cast off, enjoy a light breakfast of fresh pastries and a refreshing beverage. 8:20 AM: Our journey begins! Settle in and relax as we cruise towards the magnificent Kornati National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins playing in the waves. Mid-Morning: 10:20 AM: Our first stop: Lojena Beach. This hidden gem boasts crystal-clear waters and soft, sandy shores. Dive in and explore the underwater world, or simply soak up the sun on the beach. Afternoon: 13:00 PM: Next up: Mana Island. A secluded paradise, this island offers the perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing on the beach. 14:00 PM: Embark on a scenic tour of the Kornati Archipelago. Marvel at the rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and ancient stone walls that have shaped this stunning landscape. 16:00 PM: Our final stop: Kukljica, a charming fishing village on Ugljan Island. Wander through the narrow streets, admire the traditional architecture, and perhaps enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. Evening: 17:00 PM: As the sun begins to set, we'll make our way back to Zadar.
