On the first day we went up to the entrance. But we were not allowed in. Tickets can only be booked online. When we got to the top, there were none left; it was sold out for that day. Very frustrating! Two days later, we booked online through GetYourGuide. But still no entry. First we had to get internet access again, open email, make various authorizations and then show the tickets via WhatsApp. Very tedious, I've had to get used to it. Thank you, never again!

The price purchased through the platform is three times the official ticket price. I hope that spending more money can buy convenience and event guarantee. However, the information provided by the event provider is confusing, such as sending a "meeting point" to think that there is a dedicated person. It will be handled accordingly at the entrance of the volcano, but in fact this is just an online ticket purchase + information activity. After going all the way up to the entrance of the volcano, we thought we had to give a QR code to collect the event to exchange tickets, only to find out that we didn’t need to meet up. However, we didn’t receive the tickets from the platform. We couldn’t get through when we called the supplier’s contact number. There is almost no WIFI there at the moment. Status, I spent an hour at the door trying to make ineffective calls but still couldn't get in. The confirmation letter sent by the platform stated that "just open your ticket in the app and you are ready to go." This is not the case at all. The supplier did not give out tickets through the platform. The QR code provided in the letter was a little bit It’s useless. To book activities and tickets through this platform, you have to use the communication software required by the supplier. It’s really a waste of money to learn! Not recommended
