It was really great and the company is responsible and punctual with their services. However, they didn't give all the support we needed and ignored one extra question, which made us a little worried about whether the activity would go smoothly. But it all worked out. A good option for those who haven't bought tickets in advance and don't want to take the risk of going to the starting point to see if there are any tickets available.
Really enjoyable day. Perhaps a more integrated approach (tickets + parking) would help.

A day before the tour our team will contact you via whatsapp: we will send you the tickets and all the informations you need.
Be sure to download on your smartphone all the contents before the visit. The ruins and museums don't have free Wi-Fi and mobile network coverage is not always good.
Your entrance tickets are valid from 40 minutes before until 100 minutes after the selected time, no more. If you exceed this time, your tickets will no longer be valid.
Reservations arriving after 6 p.m. will be processed the following morning after 8 a.m.
