It was my first time traveling alone. I was nervous, but they were very helpful and patient with me. The guide was very sweet and full of energy and the bus driver was on top of every situation. Everything was like in the description. The pizza was great :)

Well organized and comfortable tour. Pickup close to our hotel, the guided tour in Pompeji was really great. The schedule is very tight. There is very little time for lunch, which is included. You get a soft drink and a pizza or pasta. The food was terrible. IWe would have preferred having more time at the archeological site instead of having lunch. In the afternoon we got dropped off at the Vesivius parking lot. From there you have to walk 1km/250m altitude difference to get to the top. We had a bit more than 1 hour time - there and back. This was no problem for us but if you are not fit it might be rather stressful.

Good overall tour, much easier than trying to get public transport. We did the climb up Vesuvius first, if you’re not a keen walker, then you may find the ascent takes much longer than the 25 mins suggested by the host. Luckily, we had an hour and 20 mins to get up and down. If you time it right, you can pick up a guided tour of the crater when you get near the top every 20 mins. After getting back on the bus we went straight to the town of Pompeii to one of the restaurants that is right by the entrance to the archeological site, so naturally a bit of a tourist trap. This was the low point of the tour, we were told that we couldn’t have pizza, only spaghetti or salad, and one drink. The spaghetti with tomato sauce wasn’t great, the service with it even worse. Highlight of the trip was the tour of Pompeii, it’s only 2 hours so you don’t see everything, but what you do see is explained and brought to life by the excellent guide, we had Michele/Mikel, he was fab!
