We arrived 20 minutes early as instructed and immediately got into our minivan and were whisked away. Very organised, no issues at all with finding our driver etc. We had Frankie (Francesco) as our guide and he was fantastic. He brought to life the time of the eruption at Pompei and was incredibly knowledgeable. The little details and stories he told kept a 12 year old and a 16 year old engaged and interested - which is no mean feat! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Whole trip was slick, well organised and high quality. Tour groups of 7 and 8 with 2 guides, so felt small enough to be personal and to be able to ask questions. Great trip!
