We had a perfect day with Gino our driver. Excellent day spent with Gino! We were on a cruise with our two children and were picked us up exactly scheduled. We were thrilled to have a first surprise stop at a lemoncello factory. We then made our way to Postiano and Almafi. With Gino’s expert, professional driving we could sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views. We encountered much traffic on our tour to these places which couldn’t be helped. We were all happy to adjust the schedule so that we could get to visit these places and still have time to meet our guide Theresa at Pompeii. Our visit to Pompeii was incredible. Theresa’s knowledge about the site and it’s history was fascinating. She made all of us feel welcomed with her kind personality. I would definitely recommend this tour to any family who may be coming to Naples on a cruise. It is money well spent for a day that won’t be forgotten.

Martina the Driver and Guide was excellent. She was very professional and courteous. And she explained the day itinerary very well. Unfortunately the people in the back seat could not hear her well - so I don’t know if some sort of bluetooth Microphone would help..? Alessandro was the guide at Pompeii and he was also really good. He spoke well and was very informative. Our only problem was the time of pick-up. We were told 8am but the Driver was told 9am. So we actually did not get going until 8:45 - which really cut into our day because traffic was really busy. So timing has to be worked out better but overall we really enjoyed the day.

A great experience made even better by our driver and guide Martina. Would book World Tours again and would ask for Martina. Superb service and so pleasant. We booked a private tour-Amalfi Coast and Pompeii and while more money definitely worth it. If we asked for a little extra time she was so flexible and accommodating. We did not book the trip with the lunch included as we wanted more time to walk around and for us it was the right choice. Martina asked if we had an idea of a restaurant for lunch and a time we had in mind. When my wife responded we did not, Martina took care of it and picked a restaurant that had a spectacular view and delicious food. It was not a touristy spot and the owner and staff treated us like family. Nothing was a bother. Martina is an excellent driver and has excellent customer service and communication skills. She mentioned the roads are very windy driving to Amalfi coast and if she needed to stop was ok. Martina offered restaurant suggestions .
