Discover the wonders of fresh Italian cooking on your trip to Naples, the birthplace of pizza. With the guidance of an English-speaking Italian chef, enjoy a fun cooking workshop and learn how to make Neapolitan pizza. In the first half of the class, master the art of freshly made pizza dough using flour and water. Then in the second part of the session, create and bake your masterpiece. Once your pizza is cooked, sit down and relax with a glass of wine to enjoy your meal while soaking up views of Naples and the Nuovo Castle. Your pizza will be served with authentic Italian bruschetta.

At the end of an unforgettable workshop, say goodbye to your chef and head home with the skills to reproduce the perfect pizza time and time again.

We were excited to come to Napoli and experience it's wonderful food. The opportunity to take a pizza making class was a bonus! The restaurant, instructor, and staff were great. They were welcoming to tourists and provided a memorable experience. We were provided some of the best brushetta we have eaten while we took turns at the pizza oven. And, the pizzas were outstanding!

I gave this activity to my partner for Christmas with the hope of giving him a pizza experience and he did! Despite my mistake in the selection of the language Luigi, the landlord, proved to be a true professional and carried out the course in two languages to accommodate us. Needless to underline how much he appreciated this (although he didn't have to) especially from a human point of view. In addition to all the technical advice to obtain a real Neapolitan pizza, there was no shortage of laughter, sympathy and competence. Great introduction to the technique and recipe that underlies Neapolitan pizza our instructor was knowledgeable about what makes the dish authentic and distinct. If you are a skilled home cook looking for pro tips on dough shaping or sauce alchemy, this class is not that. The restaurant staff do the tricky bits so you end up with a good final product.
