Discover the wonders of fresh Italian cooking on your trip to Naples, the birthplace of pizza. With the guidance of an English-speaking Italian chef, enjoy a fun cooking workshop and learn how to make Neapolitan pizza. In the first half of the class, master the art of freshly made pizza dough using flour and water. Then in the second part of the session, create and bake your masterpiece. Once your pizza is cooked, sit down and relax with a glass of wine to enjoy your meal while soaking up views of Naples and the Nuovo Castle. At the end of an unforgettable workshop, say goodbye to your chef and head home with the skills to reproduce the perfect pizza time and time again.

I loved this class! We live in the US and I have a pizza oven so I was really looking to learn a lot and I did! The people and the quality of the food and the educational experience was fantastic. I highly recommend! It was very hot the day we did this but we had a great time!!

A very pleasant experience! A nice cooking get-together with a great guide, very informative and friendly. For me, as a pizza lover, I had great fun as I not only got to eat it, but also make it and witness the process. A good, short little workshop, providing insight and understanding for the craftsmanship and skill required to make a good pizza. Strongly recommend this!

The welcome, professionalism and sympathy of the great CHEF made all the difference! We had a lot of tips and tricks for making our own pizza dough. During the meal was included drink, wine and dessert. Our teenagers loved it and so did we. This fun activity is a real added value to our holidays. Thanks again to the staff of the SAN CARLO di NAPOLI restaurant and to the great chef LUIGI MAZZA.
