After meeting with your group and quickly checking your bicycles, your guide will then take the opportunity to tell you about the history of the Spanish Quarter and the Toledo Metro, awarded as the most beautiful in Europe. After cycling from this shopping street, the next stop is Piazza dei Martiri, located in the most chic district of Naples, famous for the four lions at the base, each of which represents Neapolitan martyrs of a different historical period. The tour then continues towards the promenade where, after a ten minute ride, you will be given the opportunity to take pictures and cool off at the Rotonda Diaz. Following this, you will head towards the Borgo Marinari, a famous fishing area where there are elegant restaurants almost at sea level near the moored boats. Here, water and snacks will be offered at a bar, as well as a 15-minute break. Following this break, you will put down your bicycle for a moment, before ascending up to the Castel dell'Ovo by foot. This is the most important castle of Naples, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and learn of its centuries-old history. Returning from the walk to the castle, you will remount your bicycle and go to Piazza Plebiscito, the largest square in the city of Naples. Here your guide will show you the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Theatre, both of which are known all over the world. Your last stop will be Piazza Municipio, famous for the presence of Roman excavations and the Maschio Angioino Castle, which went down in history for the remnants of a bomb thrown against it which shows on one side. Back at the meeting point, maps and directions will be provided on where to continue your visit, and, more importantly after 3 hours of cycling, where to eat a good pizza.
