Well coordinated, especially for having folks in the group with different pick-up locations & options selected (lunch vs no lunch). We took the ferry to Capri, got transported to Anacapri, had one hour of free time (if you chose the lunch option; 2 hours if you didn't buy the lunch option), and then met for a 3 course lunch. The one hour of free time was tight, as we waited in a very long line to do the chairlift to Monte Solaro (definetly worth doing). The lunch was better than I expected it to be, and the wait staff was very patient for being so crowded! When the group reconvened after lunch, we got transported to the town square. Again we had an hour to shop and explore, we then were given an option to take a boat ride for an additional 25 Euros/person. We paid and went on the boat, and it was awesome! Transport back to Naples was provided via the ferry, again included. Great day. Capri is beautiful but very pricey.

Domenico was our tour guide, he is very friendly and speaks many language, he could attend a ground with 4 different languages. I get sea sick and I didn't go in the optional boat ride, but my family found it great. Overall nice and extremely well organized. The meal could have been better for the price. I would have wished to hear more local stories.

This tour was the best thing we did in Italy! We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel which was very convenient. We met our guides at the port and they looked after us well and also gave very good recommendations. We started in Anacapri and paid extra to take the chair lift. My friend enjoyed her lunch (salad, pizza and an ice dessert) however I picked the ravioli which was extremely disappointing - flavourless and very small. Have the pizza! We then went to the town of Capri and had a look at the shops and were pointed in the direction of an ice cream shop which makes the cones in front of you. Listen to the guides recommendations! We then went down to the harbour and paid extra for a boat tour round the island. This was our favourite part of the day! It was fantastic to see the island from that perspective. Travel was straightforward on the way home and we had a nap on the ferry back! A great day!
