In general a good tour, but nothing special, I would expecting something more for 150 euro, of course this has nothing to do with the guide Francesca, that was amazing, really helpful and kind. The time spendable in the cities is not enough, in the first stop, Amalfi, if you would like to eat you must sit somewhere straight after the boat has left you there or it would be too late, in Positano I suggest they make some kind of agreement with any of the Lido to allowed the guest from the tour to have a sunbed for the 2 hours they can spend there, as with new Covid regulation there is no free beach available and even if you are actually allowed to go in the water, you aren't allowed to leave your belongs anywhere in the beach of the lido.

Initially we looked at doing this trip independently but decided to take this tour instead. I am so glad we did. We were picked up on time close to our hotel and driven to the entrance of the path up to the crater. We were given ample time to get up and back. It was all very easy and we would totally recommend this tour. There were three of us on the tour and our driver was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He also pointed out places of interest on the way to and from the crater. Being a local he gave us some good information and knew his city well. The communication pre trip was excellent and we were well briefed on the pick up times and sent the tickets for the crater through WhatsApp. All very well organised.

Extreme winds at the peak of Vesuvius meant our tour had to be cut short, but thanks to the extraordinary transparency, fairness and professionalism of the organiser, I didnt walk away disappointed. They even organised a partial refund without being asked, which was processed within a day. Extra services, such as bag storage at the meeting point were a great help, and I appreciate her common sense realisation that €15 (€5 each) to store our rucksacks for 4 hours is excessive, especially after already paying over €80 for the excursion, so only charging us for one. This, and lots of other subtle gestures, showed that they care about hospitality and going the extra mile.

The tour was flexible and allowed us to start later than the initially suggested time. We visited to Sorrentino Unfortunately it was raining, but we were able to do the tour when the rain stopped for a bit. The wine was really good, and the food was decent - however, it's not really a wine tasting so much as a lunch with wine pairing. The view from the vineyard is stunning, I expect it's really amazing in good weather. The overall experience was really nice and the value for money was quite good because you get a private transfer.

This was a great last minute addition to our trip. Mario was great. Very quick to respond to reservation, confirmation, and email correspondence for pickup/dropoff. It was very easy to coordinate. The winery was great. After a tour, we had a wonderful lunch/brunch with wine pairings. The wine, food, and view were excellent. I could've stayed all afternoon sipping wine and taking in the views. You can purchase wine, olive oil, and other items to send home if you wish. I highly recommend this trip if you are in the Naples area.
