We loved EVERYTHING! Our guide Gabriel (celebrity tour guide!) made what is a beautiful island an even better experience. We loved Capri and want to come back soon, Gabriel is such good fun: enthusiastic, friendly, he kept the whole in good spirits and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. I have never met such an attentive guide, you are lucky to have him. He was especially attentive to my 87 year old mother, encouraging her to go up the chair lift when she might otherwise not. Best guide in the world! Thank you son much Gabriel xx

Giusi was an amazing guide; she was extremely friendly & informative. She obviously enjoys her job & it shows! Everything was very easy from booking to receiving meeting instructions. The ferry over to Capri was unfortunately rather choppy, resulting in a number of people being unwell however, mother nature is not something anyone can confirm. On arrival the bus took us to Anicapri which is just beautiful, we took the chair lift to the top (this is a must do!) the views are breath taking. After this we enjoyed lunch before travelling down to the Augustus Gardens, again absolutely beautiful with the most breath taking views. We decided to leave the group at this point & enjoyed a (very expensive) bottle of rose in the Capri roof top bar. After this we strolled around & finally ended our day with dinner at the Lemon Tree restaurant. It was a brilliant trip & I would highly recommend it.

Full description

Sail to the island of Capri from Naples on a hydrofoil. Explore the colorful streets of Capri and see the Piazzetta and the Gardens of Augustus. Hear the history from your guide and enjoy some free time to explore the towns and have free time there. Be picked up from a selected meeting point in Naples and transferred to the port (if option selected). At the port, meet the professional guide who will accompany you on your visit to the enchanting island of Capri. The hydrofoil ride to Capri will take around 50 minutes. The first stop on your guided visit to the island is Marina Grande. Head up to Anacapri by minibus, a short and fun trip that affords marvelous views. Take a stroll in the famous Piazzetta, known as the lounge of the world, and the place to be seen for movie stars and VIPs since the times of la dolce vita in the 1950s and 60s. Your guide will tell you all about the island and its history and lead you to the Gardens of Augustus, and along the charming Via Camerelle, Via Tregare, and to the village center. After taking in the celebrated views of the Faraglioni, a sight cherished even by Roman emperors, you will have free time to explore and enjoy lunch at your leisure. At the end of the visit, the guide will accompany you back to Naples, where a driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel or meeting point.

On the 12th day of our Italy trip, it easily had the most breathtaking views in the shortest window of time and energy.
