Day 1 Nairobi - Longonot National Park Mountaineers and sight-seeers should not miss the opportunity to climb the rim of Longonot (2886m) in the Rift Valley, a dormant, fairly young volcano that retains its typical shape of these mountains, although it is far from a perfect conical shape. . At the end of the day, check into the permanent tented camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Longonot National Park- Hells Gate National Park
Leave the campsite in the morning after breakfast for Hell's Gate. Morning hours are best for hiking the park's cliffs. Leave the vehicle behind you at a certain point and it will drive behind you in case you get tired or want to rest. Start by walking the well-marked trails. After walking a few kilometers, you will reach the bike center where you ride the bikes to the point where the climb will begin. Cycling is a great adventure where you will pedal for seven kilometers before resting at the Rangers site. While walking and cycling you will be able to observe the animals as they graze in the wild, zebras, gazelles and giraffes. After resting, leave the bikes for an adventurous walking safari that lasts approximately 3 hours. You can enjoy the spectacular view of the gorges. Discover the hot springs and pick up the bikes again and cycle back to where the vehicle will be waiting for you. Then return to Nairobi.
