Yuki was great. She had the day well planned and was flexible around things that we wanted to do. She showed us her favourite parts of Nagasaki as well as the historical places we had asked to see. She was respectful and friendly and shared her stories as well as listening to ours. Her English was very good. She communicated well prior to the tour so we all had an idea of what to expect for the day. I would recommend her to anyone. A talented lady who speaks many languages. Thanks Yuki.

We enjoyed an excellent tour with Tim. He was both interesting to talk to, and had good knowledge about all the various sites we visited. Riding the trams with him was also a great way to get around and we had our passes for explorations after the tour ended. Recommend doing this tour with Tim for sure.

The experience exceeded our expectations! The tour guide was lovely, the tour was very insightful (we didn’t know anything about tea production) and the teas were delicious. Can definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for an english speaking tour.
