Very enjoyable day private car trip very scenic drive waterfalls were the highlight of light great swimming spot and a good hike in be prepared to walk you can take horse but at a cost kava ceremonial was interesting the guide was fantastic taught us may thin about the plants and what they use them for. our drive for the day was safe a accommodating we by passed the beach part as we stayed longer at the waterfall

We booked a private tour and were picked up on time (in fact our driver was early) in a very comfortable air conditioned car. Right away we were welcomed and enjoyed a friendly interaction throughout our 8 hour day. Our driver shared lots of local information as we made our way to our stops and explained customs to us prior to our village visit. The waterfall was a lovely walk through the trees and we got to splash our way across the river 7 times which helped keep us cool and comfortable. Our guide was fun and showed us some of the local flora and fauna. She took our pictures in front of the waterfall and then waited for us to enjoy a swim in the pool under the waterfall. No rush, we're on Fiji time!! Next we stopped for lunch at a local restaurant where we also enjoyed a chance to pick up a few souvenirs. The final stop was Natadola Beach which was lovely but the rain had started so we made a quick trip of that. We were back to our hotel on time. Beautiful day!
