Sky lagoon really set the standard. But this place was nice, separate locker rooms for males and females, must shower naked before putting in bathing suit and getting into the springs. Near some really awesome geothermal sites. Two steam rooms and some sort of snake hot tub. Bar available in the pool. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer available for use. No lotion though. The sunset was amazing!

Great experience with the pool! Purchased tickets in advance but ended up queuing same line with people purchasing tickets at the door. No such need to purchase in advance, there's no discount and you have to specify an exact admission time which can be a challenge.

While the Myvatn Bath was nice and relaxing, we went to it after being spoiled at the Blue Lagoon earlier in the week. Granted, the price difference reflects different experiences. Myvatn was cozier, but the view over the lake was spectacular. I liked their choices of beverages, but you had to bring your credit card I to the pool with you. I had forgotten what time my entrance was scheduled, but an email resulted in a quick answer. They are very responsive.
