This was a *really* fun evening. Teta was wonderful, and her assistant Christina was great too! We didn't know what to expect when we arrived, but we were warmly welcomed into Teta's home and she took some time to get to know us. We then had a lot of fun learning how to make several Greek dishes (including, very importantly, how to hand measure the salt and pepper when cooking... DO NOT forget this). The food was terrific, the wine was plentiful, and the company of our hosts and teacher was truly warm and hospitable. This was very memorable, and we plan to share what we learned when we are at home with our friends... the results anyway, not the secrets behind them. We highly recommend this.

This cooking class was one of the high points of our trip. We have taken cooking classes in a number of foreign countries we have travel to as well as the state's. This experience was one of the best. The class took place in the instructors home. This envirment along with the unending wine gave a relax feeling to the evening. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave us many helpful insights. She was also very personable and witty. It was like a cooking class with a floorshop. And the product of our efforts was delicous.

Very entertaining & informative!

Christianna & Teta were phenomenal! They opened up their home to us and gave us a real flavour of Greek cuisine and Greek life. All done in such an entertaining way! Dinner was delicious! All accompanied by the dishes we made as a group as well as being augmented with dishes the ladies cooked up themselves! The group of four of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!!
