Ok to be fair here the whole experience of buying the tickets, collecting the tickets, dealing with the guides was all extremely good. I was disappointed with the Vatican museums….. in my opinion the museum is being pushed way way beyond its capacity. It was so crowded it was unpleasant and that takes away from the whole place.

The tour guide was exceptional. Her knowledge of the history and her ability to communicate clearly to the group was excellent. She navigated us with experience through the tour and crowds. Highly recommend her.

Natalia led an incredible tour - we really enjoyed our time in the Vatican with she and our small group of 6

Everything was fine except I was soaked! Too crowded in the Museum. Too many large groups.

our guide was excellent, giving us a full history lesson over the 3 hours
