What People Are Saying About Museumplein
I bought e-ticket in case not to wait in long queue. As I knew after 2 hours (during this time I asked for staffs if I have any opportunities not to wait.. they said - no)), well, in these 2 hours I've known that should buy ticket with time :) Maybe I wan't so careful and you have this information on your website, Anyway, good place to say hello to Amsterdam. You can "face to face to Van Gogh", enjoy tasty cup of coffee, walk around great area
Great layout within the Museum. Excellent examples of work and the audio guide was really helpful. Very sympathetic presentation and approach towards the artist and those of his inner circle. He was an artist who should not just be remembered for his sunflowers or his mental illness, but his inspirational style which incorporated trends of the time, but was also forward looking, inspiring other artists. The devotion of his brother and his sister in-law after Theo's death is truly touching.
We used the special activity sheet for children. My daughter sent through the museum's floors, and learned about the paintings.
An excellent museum with beautiful paintings and supporting exhibition. Can get a little crowded so choose your time carefully.
The whole process of getting the tickets was very easy. We had no wait time at all to enter the museum. It all worked out great!
