Neal was my driver and he is excellent. Nothing could have been better. Just picked the wrong week to try and see things off the trolley. It was way too crowded, so will have to come back again.

One of the tour guides mumbled and the trolley was super noisy we couldn't hear a thing. Took another trolley where the driver insisted that the riders remain quiet. THAT was a good tour.

Had excellent tour guides with cute nicknames. The routes and the amount of trolleys was a perfect match for the tour. It was worth the amount that we paid for the tour.

Bit packed and traffic but the guide is very much helpful. Overall lovely.

It's very good to have a Boston CityPass; it's very valuable.
