Start by sailing from Hobart to Mona on one of their super-flash ferries (featuring on-board bars if you want to get the wine flowing early). Once you land, begin your self-guided exploration of the museum and grounds, working up an appetite for a lunch of fresh, locally sourced produce in one of the on-site restaurants featuring a matched Moorilla wine. After lunch, meet up with your Moorilla host, who’ll walk you down to the vineyard, covering the rich history of Moorilla and the finer points of our winemaking techniques as you go. The stroll will wind up back at the sun-drenched Moorilla cellar door, where you’ll settle in for some further tasting of the Moorilla range before heading back to Hobart on the early evening ferry.

One can’t say that they’ve truly explored Tasmania without visiting the big three: Hobart, Port Arthur and Bruny Island. This three-day tour will make sure you get the full Tassie experience by guiding you on an epic journey around Tasmania's south. Explore their large range of local homemade products and witness some behind the scenes cheese making. We will then make our way to Richmond, an iconic township rich in convict history, sandstone and colonial buildings and home to Australia’s oldest bridge and catholic church. We then make our way down to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary where you can hand feed kangaroos and get up close and personal with all the unique Tasmanian Wildlife including the famous Tasmanian Devil. This is an absolute highlight, even for a local!

If you are vising Hobart, or a local, the Hobart City Scenic Flight is a great opportunity to see the wonderful city from a new perspective. Over 30 breathtaking minutes, you will depart Cambridge Airport, fly over the Eastern Shore and cross the Derwent River. You’ll have spectacular views of this beautiful river and its bridges, including the Tasman Bridge, as you track up river toward the world-class MONA and the Northern Suburbs. Fly down river past Mt Wellington, the 1270m high majestic backdrop to Hobart City. In winter, its rugged peaks are often dusted with snow. Next, fly over Hobart City  and the harbor area before passing Kingston, the South Arm coastal community and Clifton Beach, a popular surfing location, on your return to Cambridge.
