The bus was rather small and we were in the back seat with a blank wall beside us. Ho hum! Once we got to Lucerne the day was amazing. Such a beautiful place. We enjoyed our trip on the lake. It was fun wandering around with all the other tourists. We had a ride on the little train that took us around the city.

Luis was an excellent guide. We enjoyed it and would highly recommend him. This was our first trip to Lucerne and Luis gave us a good background of the city’s highlights.

Nuria was excellent. She knows a lot, speaks perfect Spanish and is very clear and friendly. She complements her talk with very good images from her tablet.

We enjoyed our private trip to Engelberg and Luzern. The car was nice and clean and Pascal our driver was very good.

Luis was amazing! Loved walking through the city and all his knowledge he gave! Recommend Luis!
