Go to the Musée d'Orsay and show your GetYourGuide voucher at the ticket office to enter. Orsay tickets must be used on the chosen date. You will receive your cruise tickets a day before your tour date by e-mail and Whatsapp and scan them easily. You can use your river cruise tickets within a month from your reservation date. Please use the Queue C1 entrance for admission tickets without designated time slots Some of the exhibitions in the museum may not be on display due to being loaned to other museums During peak seasons, expect lines at security checkpoints. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. In the busiest periods, entry may take longer than usual

Know before you go
- Your Orsay Museum entry tickets are in the voucher you received when you first made your booking. This is not a guided tour. You will explore the attraction on your own.
- Orsay Museum is located at Esplanade Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, 75007 Paris.
- Children under 18 years and EU residents under 26 may enter free to the museum with a valid ID including photo.
- Some of the exhibitions in the museum may not be on display due to being loaned to other museums
- For the Seine River cruise, meet at Bateaux Parisiens, Pier No. 3 at Port de la Bourdonnais (at the foot of the Eiffel Tower). You will need to scan your tickets to board the boat.
- You can use your cruise tickets at any time during the opening hours on your tour date. You can check the operating hours on your cruise ticket which will be sent to you one day prior to your tour date.
- During peak seasons, the Seine River cruise may face longer waits due to high visitor numbers.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the Bateaux Parisiens.
