Review summary
Everything was great, tour was fab, but almost had a bad experience. The confirmation does not mention which specific entrance at Kardast store. I waited all along at the other end of the building which also has a big sign at the entrance which says Kardast. Maybe need to mention nearby landmark. Secondly, though people were queuing to get into the bus, I almost ended up getting into the regular bus until I quit the line and probed further. Let me explain: Once I reached the pickup point, one of the Grayline ushers saw my ticket and told me to stand in the queue for English and Americans. It was a long queue. I still stood in queue. Later I excused myself and went and checked at other busses. I was then told to get into a VIP bus. The bigger issue was at the castle P4 park where I was left behind and the bus took off. I ran behind the bus and only then someone realized I was not in the bus. The guide should have counted the paxs before leaving. Guide (Christine) otherwise was brilliant

It was a very well put together itinerary and Usuler was a great guide, informative, witty and super organised. The driver was friendly and attentive and served us hot drinks on the different stops. Neuschwanstein Castle was visited first and we had 3 1/2 hour which seemed plenty of time but was a little tight. You have a slot to get in the castle and a tour to look around. I was just very aware of the time and it was a bit of a rush in the end. I would recommend bringing bits for lunch. We got to go to where the passion plays are held and this was a very nice stop. Then lastly to Linderhof which was very beautiful and enjoyable place to visit. I could have done with more time at the castle but the tour and how it was organised was perfect. Thank you for a great day out. Daughter in her 30's and mother travelling together, no option for this.
