Gerda, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly! She did a great job leading the tour. All the places were really beautiful and we got everywhere on time thanks to the good and careful driving of Gordon, our bus driver! I love that we had so much time at Neuschwanstein and Schwangau.

Very well run tour. Our guide was excellent and gave us so much information. It was like we could imagine the past through her descriptions. The scenery alone was beautiful and the castles were epic. I highly recommend this day tour if you want to be able to view inside the castles as tickets frequently sell out. I only wish we had been able to see a third castle but time would not permit it on this trip.

Ticket purchase was easy, as was downloading the app and tickets. Some better signage near the bus to prompt people to have their tickets ready would make check-in go more smoothly. This particular tour involves a lot of driving - not anyone's fault, but something to be aware of. The guide was good, but we would have appreciated even more commentary/background.
