The pace of the tour was perfect! Our guide Hanae communicates very well, has a kind personality and can brilliantly anticipate to what tourists might expect. The driver, Robert, drove us smoothly. Both castles are unique, but Nauschweinstein was stunning. If you don’t organize your time well, you might be rushing instead of enjoying your day trip. So, my tip would be taking the shuttle bus up to Mary’s Bridge for 3 euros, walk down to the restaurant close to the castle (10 min) and have lunch, then meet up with the guide at the castle (10 min). People who are not fit will feel quite tired climbing up the hill for approx 30 min, specially after having a big lunch. Other than that, this tour is highly recommended for all ages!

It's a long day that is jampacked with beautiful views of mountains and castles. Worth the entry fee, 30 euros combined for both castle entry and tour! Have just enough time at both to make the most of it. Did take the bus up to the castle, but we packed lunch for the day so we would've had plenty of time with breaks to walk up the hill.

Bit pricey for what you get (two fairly short tours of the castles and a whole lot of driving through the Bavarian countryside) but that’s more a function of the castles than the broader tour operator. Guide was informative during the driving section of the tour, tour guides at the castles were knowledgeable. Beautiful views the entire trip!
