Jeremy was absolutely fantastic! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and has a knack for making history come alive in a way that’s both engaging and easy to follow. His passion for sharing every little detail really shines through, and he makes history something you actually want to listen to. While Anna wasn’t our guide for the tour, she was equally amazing. She went out of her way to recommend some excellent restaurants, which made our experience even better. Together, they make a great team!”
Our trip, led by Jake, was an unforgettable highlight of our journey from the other side of the world. The snow that day transformed the landscape into a magical wonderland, adding to the experience's charm. We were given about two hours of free time to explore, though we wished it could have been longer. The tour group was quite large (more than 50), which had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the size made it easier to locate the group whenever we needed to catch up, a frequent occurrence due to the physically demanding, slippery slopes that required extra caution. As relatively inactive travelers, we found the trek a bit exhausting. On the other hand, the large group also posed challenges for Jake, who had to manage many people and couldn’t provide personalized attention to everyone. Despite this, Jake's storytelling skills shone through, and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing the history of Schloss Neuschwanstein.
