The tour guide Johnny was very informative and helpful and the driver Errol was careful. Neuschwanstein Castle & Linderhof Palace are must see beautiful attractions. While at Neuschwanstein Castle it’s worthwhile to go to Marienbrucke (bridge) for the best view of the Castle by bus or a very long steep walk uphill. The bridge is a bit shaky with loose planks so not ideal for those afraid of heights but there’s a pretty waterfall beneath it. From the bridge you walk to the castle. The tours of both Neuschwanstein and Linderhof are led by people who work at those locations and visitors use audio guides. The staff are just there to move you along and don’t interact or add anything to the tour. They don’t even ask if you have questions before shuttling you to the next space which is unfortunate. I didn’t realize that Hohenschwangau castle is in the same complex as Neuschwanstein Castle or I would’ve chosen a tour that included it as well. However I would still recommend this tour.

Our guide Stevo was really kind and had a lot of information. I would not recommend a Salzburg trip though. I found it to be bland without anything really special. This has nothing to do with the tour though. The tour was really well organized.

Mat was and knowledgeable guide. He was very polite and had fun trivia about the place. We chose to not go inside the castle instead opting to walk around the area. The trip is really worth it.

the trip was very nice.. unfortunately we didn't have an audio guide and this penalized us... if this service were added it would be better

a wonderful excursion that I recommend to all castle lovers... well organized and excellent value for money... extremely punctual
