Ganesh was a fantastic guide who really knows his stuff about the area - he told us about the different industries working in the slums, what life is like for the people and he always made sure that his guests were safe when crossing roads. I am a solo, female traveler and I felt completely safe on this tour. However, FYI that the Cafe Coffee Day that the tour company tells you to meet at is closed (permanently by the looks of it), so don’t expect to be able to wait inside for the guide to arrive. A suggestion for the tour operator is to meet at a different cafe or something that is open to make guests feel safer while waiting.

Very well organised travel and places to visit. Drivers and cars are also very good and polite. Showed us very good restaurants for lunch and tea break. Strongly recommend this travel agency. Best wishes

The team contacted me well in advance to confirm pickup location and time. My driver/guide was very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall a great experience!

The driver Shiva was punctual on all three days. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the services to my friends.

Great guide, who told us lots of information about the place.
