Unfortunately, my experience with this tour company left much to be desired. From the very beginning, the staff seemed fussy and disorganized. I was asked to sit down and wait for the bus to arrive and was promised to call me when it was ready. However, I was forgotten and the bus left without me. I had to remind them to come back and the bus had to come back to pick me up. This was very unpleasant and inconvenient. In addition, the buses were very old and the guide was barely audible from the back seats. This significantly worsened the experience of the tour.

Time was very short in between and in The city of caves there was no explanation. Tamara was a good guide and her English is excellent. She was very hard trying to explain things.
