Our guide (driver Nong) was so sweet and kind, and was very knowledgeable about the area, in addition to being an excellent driver. She made us feel so welcome and offered us water (it was very hot outside) and moist towelettes. On the way there she recommended a great coffee place where we stopped for drinks and to use the restroom. She also went way above and beyond by lending us cash baht for the ticket package since there wasn't an ATM immediately nearby (she did also take us to an ATM later). I can't speak highly enough of her services, my wife and I both highly recommend this package! The early departure time was great because we got to visit many of the sites prior to the arrival of larger group tours.
Our driver, Nancy was very professional. She was kind and wanted us to have the best time ever. She was flexible with what we wanted to do. She was an expert driver which is not to be underestimated in Bangkok traffic. She made the experience great and is a huge asset to her team.
Driver arrived on time and thoughtfully brought a cooler full of bottled water for us to drink throughout the day. He dropped us off in the parking lots of any of the temples we wanted to see, and stopped for lunch at our requested restaurant. On the ride back, he gave us both individually wrapped refreshing cloths and more water, which was so welcome after a long hot day in Ayutthaya. My friend lost an earring in the car, and we messaged him with a photo asking if he could find it. He graciously brought it back to our hotel the next day - thank you so much Mr. Thana!!!

Nancie was so friendly and gave great directions to locate her after I did my exploring. She had water for me (it was a very hot day) and wipes to clean my hands and face. I had a great day

Splendid! Although we've been to Ayutthaya countless times, my daughter wanted to visit again. Tatoi, our assigned driver/guide was most helpful, patient and attentive. The added order of buffet lunch was fine as well. Food was warm and freshly cooked. It has been a great day!
