Had a fabulous morning, Wai-O-Tapu was the highlight for us! Waimangu a close second! Our tour guide (who we thought was called Clive but may have been actually Clint) was very funny and made the tour fun whilst being very knowledgeable and giving us lots of very interesting information about the land. Highly recommend this tour! #Still giggles when remembering some of Clive’s jokes!

I really enjoyed this hike, Mt. Tarawera is beautiful, and the 1.5-hour hike is a great way to start hiking in NZ. The staff from Kaitiaki were friendly, and the guide was very knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to clarify the difficulty level of the hike, as some elderly participants in the group weren’t fully prepared and had to drop out along the way.

It was damn good lots of things to see on the track. Boat trip was ok… it is good not as exciting as I thought. But the skipper was very good in explaining.

Ester is a very funny and she explained everything really well. the songs were awesome too.

Excellent .. local knowledge from guide was really informative and filled with humour
