What people are saying about Mount Fuji

Wonderful Guide on a Breathtaking Tour

Our guide Keiko was just lovely and she made the tour a phantastic experience. She shared her great knowledge of Tokyo, Japanese culture and innumerable places of interest with us. Additionally she brought lots of maps, photos, and even explained the Japanese tea ceremony to us, demonstrating its various steps. We even had an Origami lesson so that transfer times flew by in no time. The only downsides of the tour were a 30 minute delay in the pick up service (without notifying the hotel), followed by a chaotic check in procedure - it would be less stressful to only check-in once, rather than with the pickup service and again at the bus station. It is very sad to stay only 30 minutes at Mount Fuji and would be highly appreciated, if the tour could be amended to have more time at Mount Fuji. We had a very good driver who brought us safe and sound from one place to the other.

Great tour guide makes trip a special experience!

We were lucky that the Fuji was visible in the meantime, because the day was very bad. As others have described here, Keiko explains, among other things, the tea ceremony and the origami folding, they were just great! Too bad that the return trip with the Schinkanen was not automatically included, as in the other tour without food! We have the money again extra invested. With other providers, the ride is in there, despite food. Otherwise great!

Very nice outing

A very good exit, quite intense and led to the race because of an arrival at a late meeting point of a customer. The guide did not come to meet us as originally announced and the visit is not in French but no problem for us. Otherwise a very interesting guide that has introduced us to the Japanese civilization with its codes.

Well-organized

It was a rainy day...but despite it, the organization was very well done and our guide Masayo-san was super!!!!
