What People Are Saying About Moulin Rouge

The cruise was amazing and so was the MoulinRouge Show

The staff at GetYourGuide were very helpful and the drivers did their best to book for an additional person with our group the last minute. They did a miraculous job securing the ride, the boat cruise, and a seat at Moulin Rouge. The boat cruise was great, the weather was chilly (mid April) and a pretty clear sky. Then night view of Paris is amazing. The boat was a bit crowded though and didn't find a place to sit at the desk right away. The Moulin rouge show is so colorful and the customes and the dancing were great. The waiting queue was a bit annoying, standing on our feet after we had a long day of walking around in Paris was a bit exhaustive.

This was a brilliant evening out. It combined 3 great experiences.

We opted for dinner on the Eiffel Tower, rather than on the cruise, so as not to be distracted by eating while cruising the River Seine. The evening starts at the Tour Office, right near the Eiffel Tower. You are taken by Minibus and go straight past the crowds and up to dinner. You have time after dinner to go by stairs up to the second level of the Tower. Keep an eye on the time, as it's quite a wait for the elevator to get from the first floor back to ground level. There are only Emergency stairs down, which are blocked off. After dinner you walk for 2or 3 minutes to the river to catch the cruise boat. What a brilliant experience, as you go under all the bridges and are given a guided tour in multiple languages. Afterwards you reconnect with your driver, who takes you to the Moulin Rouge. It's all very organized and efficient getting to your seat. Men, it is formal dress. A tie would be good, but jacket is now optional. Especially if you go in summer.

A comprehensive experience delivered by a professional crew.

I considered the package to be a value-for-money experience overall and the hosts were excellent. Of particular value was the mix-and-match strategy the hosts employed to ensure all guests were grouped by language, culture, and number mix. A strong-point was the excellent "return-to-hotel" transport in the early morning hours - very much appreciated. A small detractant is that a number of the performers in the Moulin Rouge troupe appeared disconnected in their role (appeared to be "going through the motions", and a few of the performances lacked relevance (the clowns) for example. The gymnasts and the juggler were excellent.

From the beginning until the end - everything was perfect organized

Only a few words to say - perfect tour - nice guides - I can highly recommend this tour and we had a great time. Thank you.

Well organized and stress free evening that we will always remember

There were really two parts to the tour, the river cruise and the Moulin Rouge. The Moulin Rouge part was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The shuttle service was top notch and our driver arrived at our hotel several minutes early. The river cruise, while nice, could have been better. The cruise company contracted uses covered boats so as a result you couldn't look up to see Paris at night. The roofs were glass, but covered with a mesh to prevent tourists during the day from getting sunburned. You could see out the sides fine, but it did detract from the experience...especially since we could see that EVERY OTHER SHIP on the river was either open top or had an upper level that people could stand on and look around freely.
