Super trip for all the family (inc 2 teens) Meeting point easy to find, coach was comfortable, tour guide (coach) and Mostar guide were both knowledgeable and good communicators. Enough time to explore Mostar after the guided tour allowed time to eat and discover the shopping areas. Overall, the day was well paced. A bit longer at the falls would be nice as it's a bit of a walk down and back up, which doesn't leave long to swim/relax, but appreciate it would be an even longer day. Highly recommended.

I liked the trip, I would do it again. However: 1) meeting point caused a lot of stress. The trip was organised by s-travel and we had to check in at their office. This is not stated anywhere. I find it misleading. 2) We arrived at Kravice waterfalls at 15:00 when the sun was exactly behind the waterfalls, so it was impossible to take a nice photo of them. You had to swim right next to them to be able to admire them (because this way the sun appeared hidden behind the mountain and the nice colours finally appeared). 3) The aircondition wasn't strong enough and at some point I suffered.

The trip was amazing although it was a hot day and lot of driving but it was fine. First stop was 45min in small village and after that 3,5h in Mostar, first we had a nice 1h guided tour and guide gave us some recommendations for restaurants etc. Then we had free time 2,5h and there were time to explore the city, do some shopping and eat in restaurant. After Mostar we went to waterfalls for 1,5h free time and it was so beautiful and amazing to swim there. Overall it was very nice trip and we can recommend it! Just take some cash with you (then don’t take card in many places) and you can pay with euros. The only negative thing was that our guide and driver had two friends in the bus and they were super loud (singing etc). It would have been nice to sleep in the bus because of early morning and long drive but it was impossible.
