The trip was so good! The organisers were super accommodating with pick ups and on time. We didn’t have any trouble getting through the borders. You go first to the waterfalls which a beautiful I think entry to that was 80kunas then we drove to Mostar. The walking tour there was ok. You go to another small town on your way back. Throughout the drive the driver is telling you all about the areas you are driving through which was great as we learnt so much

  • Bosnia & Herzegovina: Full-Day Tour from Dubrovnik

    2. Bosnia & Herzegovina: Full-Day Tour from Dubrovnik

Depart Dubrovnik and, as you make your way along the Adriatic Coast, stop for a short break in Bosnia’s only coastal town: Neum. This is a great opportunity to pick up a souvenir or 2, or just relax in one of the cafes with a traditional coffee. Continue along the picturesque route to Pocitelj, where you will enjoy a walking tour of the heritage site and take in the striking landmarks including the hilltop fort and the Haji-Ali Mosque. The world-famous town of Mostar is the final stop on this Bosnia and Herzegovina tour. Known as a meeting point of different cultures and religions, the history here is varied. Stroll across the spectacular white-stone bridge and explore the blend of Moorish, Christian, and Muslim monuments that make up the town’s unique way of life.

We booked this trip while staying at a hotel in Cavtat. The next day we had it confirmed by an agent online that we would be picked up from our hotel and didn’t need to make our way to Dubrovnik and it’s was confirmed this was going to happen. The day before the trip we received a mobile call to say we need to get to Dubrovnik and they wouldn’t be picking us up at our Cavtat hotel. This we did via a taxi. Lucky our driver for the trip did drop us off at our hotel. So our advice is if your not staying in Dubrovnik and don’t want the cost of having to book a taxi think before you book this trip. As for the trip it’s self it was fantastic and we both enjoyed it!

  • From Dubrovnik: Mostar and Kravice Waterfalls Day Tour

    3. From Dubrovnik: Mostar and Kravice Waterfalls Day Tour

From the meeting point in Dubrovnik, you'll make your way to Mostar, a culturally and ethnically diverse city, famous for its historic UNESCO-protected Old Bridge (Stari Most) over the Neretva River. During your 3-hour visit to Mostar, you will enjoy a walking tour of the old city and have free time to relax and explore on your own. After taking the time to discover Mostar and sip some traditional Turkish coffee, you will head to Kravice Waterfalls on the Trebižat River. Enjoy a refreshing swim in its waters before heading back to Dubrovnik.

It was a wonderful day but we had to pick up several people along the route. I did not like the fact that it was a large bus. The day before we went in a van to Bosnia and was better to get around and less hassle at the border because of more people to process. I would not take a large bus again. Mosel was beautiful

What people are saying about Mostar

Excellent tour. Our guide Rossandra was fluently multilingual and did the entire tour in perfect English and Spanish. She spoke along the way the entire time and gave us fascinating information on so many topics. The stop in Neum is only a coffee/toilet stop so don’t expect to see the city. The stop at Kravice waterfalls was delightful but I don’t think the description said that we could go for a quick swim if we brought a swimsuit and towel. Mostar was amazing. Our local guide had a terrific sense of humor and a great personality . I don’t remember her name but she was the best!!! Wish all 3 stops could have been longer but it was a 12 hour day with the 3 border crossings each way maybe next year when the new bridge opens up there will be a little more time to spend at each stop. Loved Bosnia!

The tour group was very small, just 5 passengers plus the driver, who also was the guide. The small number allowed us to get to know each other as well as gain insight into Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was a long day of touring, but it went by quickly. The driver actually gave us an option of seeing Kravice Falls or Medjugorje. He dropped me and one other passenger off at the falls, and took the other three to the pilgrimage site. Both our driver/guide and the tour guide in Mostar were very informative.

Great tour, it was the best way to visit Medugorje and Mostar. Our group was small and the guide was fantastic, he explained everything very well. I would totally recommend this trip to everyone!!

The tour and guide was excellent! I would highly recommend!
