Highly recommended. Our local guide contacted us straight after booking to confirm the pick up time & location and answered emails promptly. Our pick up was on time and the tour bus was comfortable. The guide (?Annette?) was welcoming and incredibly knowledge (as well as possessing impressive linguistic skills!). The falls were impressive and Mostar was an interesting place to visit and our local guide (sorry can't remember his name) was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The only downside was the tedious border crossings which ate into our time a bit, but our guides did their best to try to speed up the process.

It was all excellent. Our guide was great. The excursion is very worthwhile. Kravice waterfalls are beautiful and Mostar is a cute city. My only criticism is that the time we stayed in Mostar is short (2 and a half hours). 3 and a half hours would be more suitable.

It is a long day but worth it, good value for money. The only criticism is that our guide bombarded us with info and unfortunately she had a very droney voice. The guide we had in Mostar was brilliant, very funny and made his part of the day really interesting. We were given plenty of free time and had a fabulous meal in the old town, heaven on a plate!
