The bus picked us up punctually at the meeting place (which was the closest point to our accommodation - the meeting place had been informed via email on the day of booking). It was a large and comfortable bus. The guide was very friendly, didactic and did not exaggerate in her explanations. She only brought more general/superficial information, but still interesting. The border crossing into Bosnia was uneventful. The guide collects everyone's passports. We made a first stop in the city of Neum to have coffee and go to the bathroom. The city of Mostar is very charming, but I didn't find it extraordinary (the weather was gray, which in my opinion makes the city less beautiful). Bosnians are very receptive, very different from Croats. The food is very good and has a much lower cost than in Croatia (Dubrovnik), but almost nowhere accepts cards, so it is necessary to have cash (euros and/or Bosnian Mark). The waterfall is beautiful! I recommend this tour!

Rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write this one - this is one of the better day trips I've been on. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. He always had an interesting story to tell, even between stops. The pacing of the trip was excellent, never too much time between destinations, and the sites themselves are spectacular. Guide was responsive, even to messages I sent after the tour when I couldn't remember the name of a Bosnian song we listened to on the tour. Highly highly recommend.

The guides Maria on the bus and Yasmeena in Bosnia i Herzegovina were excellent! They were Amazing in what they do! The driver Is a smooth operator too! Perfect day tour!

interesting place, ivan our guide is very knowledgeable and good driver!

It was easy to make a reservation and the one-day tour was good.
