Main Course: Baked squid stuffed with tentacles, olives, capers, fresh herbs, and linguine pasta with cuttlefish ink (or) Traditional slow-cooked horsemeat stew with rich red wine and lacto beer sauce and fried wild thyme ‘horseshoe’ bread (or) Signature baked boneless rabbit stuffed with rabbit liver, herbs, and rice in fruity port wine sauce with pistachios, sultanas, and apricots.
