What people are saying about Mosta

It was a great experience and we had a very experienced tour guide. We had a vintage bus which would grind gears and had no windows so got quite hot when weren't moving as the wind would have to come through the front windows. But this made the trip feel more authentic anyway. The Palazo Parisio was amazing to see! And the Dingli Cliffs was quite a view. We were abit disappointed to not be able to have a look at the Buskett Gardens but only go there to eat and drink at a small shop.

Very quick visit to Mostra Church, then some craft shops ( ok if you are into that), then onto M'dina for an hour and a quarter. Doesn't sound long but it really is plenty of time to see this charming place. Leave the guide to explore yourself ( guided tour definitely not needed- place is tiny and impossible to get lost), and you would even have time to have a meal there. Guide was great, pick up OK. Good value and back in Valetta at 2pm.

Half-Day Tour of Mosta, Ta'Qali Crafts Village & Mdina Reviewed by Anonymous, 10/17/2019

Very fun tour! Bought amazing seafood lunch in Marsaxlokk.

The Blue Grotto was fun. Sit on the left or front of the boat for the best pictures. I was on the right and could not get much. Marsaxlokk is a nice fishing village. Fishing boats are colorful. There is a seafront row of restaurants to choose from. The market is a combination of farmer's market with fresh produce and fish combined with a flea market of souvenirs and cheap clothes etc.

The tour provided great convenience for us to travel to Blue Grotto & Marsaxlokk. The guide was very friendly. I wish we could have received more information about the history and maybe fun facts / little stories about the places, such as the livelihood, people, culture, etc. The tour will be more entertaining and memorable.

Guide excellent, not so many temples as expected

Only went to one temple site (with 2 temples & one barely recognisable. Did visit a cave after though. Both sites tied in very well with a follow on personal visit to national archeology museum. Our guide Mark was excellent & was happy to answer questions
