Booking through GetYourGuide was much easier than booking through the tour operator directly! There's a general lack of communication from Romonza, which was disappointing and frustrating. Also, the lack of distancing on board and no enforcement of masks - esp. in a Hotspot area - was concerning. Everyone was on the top deck and the boat seemed to be close to full despite the current pandemic. The crew, however, are knowledge and very friendly. The trip itself is also pleasant - it's the organisation that needs a lot of improvement!
