We had a great time at the thermal spa and really enjoyed the experience. We went for a 4pm slot so managed to drive there in the light. The staff were really helpful and all of the facilities were well maintained. The pools were not too busy with lots of variety and places to both sit and stand/float. Drinks are priced similarly to bars and pubs in the Reykjavík area. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights as it got darker which made wonderful scenery even better.
