What people are saying about Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut

We really enjoyed our trip to Luxor and to see another side of Egypt. The 4 hour drive was really comfortable and we could sleep during the drive. Which was much needed after getting up at 5. In Luxor we picked up the guide, who first took us to valley of the kings, where he showed us the interesting tombs. After that we went to a workshop, where they made traditional sculptures. You could buy some, but it is quite pricey, so make sure to bargain. Then we went to the Hatshepsut temple and the Karnak temple, which were both really impressive as well. The guide was very knowledgeable and told us not only about the temples, but also about Egyptian culture and traditions. Before heading back to Hurghada, he took us for lunch in a nice restaurant overlooking Luxor temple. It was a long day with a 4 hour drive each way, but it was worth it and very recommendable.

It was a very long day, distance in a small bus was not very comfortable. The drivers were not communicating with us to let us know what was happening but at the end made sure to tell us they expected a tip. The guide was very knowledgeable and after first 20 minutes warned to him. I personally think if he would have said at first he wanted to teach and then we can take pitures instead if being annoyed that we were taking pictures straight away things would have gotten off on better start. All together guide gets great marks as he kept us informed and also knew sooo much. Be aware everywhere you go people want to sell something or money so day gets very long. Food founch was good And one tip buy excursion with tickets no place takes card maschine

Great experience with our tour guide! Very knowledgeable but we found it unfortunate that he didn’t accompany us to some of the sights to guide us. For example we didn’t get a guided tour into the temple of hatchepsut, only info on the way there. A bit rushed in the temple of Karnak too, but it was ok. All in all a good experience.

My guide, Nagah had a great sense of humor and was an expert Egyptologist. She answered all my questions and throughly explained the the many locations we visited on the jam-packed Luxor: Full-Day Tour of the East and West Banks. I highly recommend this tour especially if you have limited time in Luxor.

It was an amazing trip! A wonderful smart and prepared guide; who was friendly and professional. The driver was also friendly and the car new, we had an amazing time; it was a private tour that felt like going out to see the country with a local friend of yours! Would book again with them!
