From there we continue our tour 300 meters ahead we will arrive at the Casona Historica, headquarters of the Agrupacion Tradicionalista Gauchos de Güemes, where together with an experienced Chef you will learn how to prepare empanadas salteñas. The perfect tour to get some insight from a local. Jan is a great guide and photographer. He takes as many picptures as you wish and also gives useful tips for museums and restaurants. Definitely worth the money. We recommend to do this tour as soon as you get to Salta as it’s super helpful to organize the rest of your stay if you want to go back to some of the recommended places.
We loved our walking tour with Ian, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped us when we didn’t understand some Spanish words, to translate into English and the bonus were professional photos of us he made, I highly recommend this walk.
