Know before you go

  • Please note, the cruise at 16:00 lasts 60 minutes whereas the cruises at 11:30 and 14:00 both last 90 minutes
  • Rain Policy: Unless the weather presents a danger to the security of the passengers, cruises are not canceled due to rain. There is always an enclosed area on the boat
  • Wheelchair policy: "Foldable" wheelchairs are OK, but unfortunately electric wheelchairs cannot be accepted as the ramps and stairs on the boats are too steep with the tides

When boarding the boat, customers must show proof (paper or mobile barcode) together with a photo ID (passport or driver's license, etc). The cruise itself was very good. Nice cruise ship. Good food and excellent drinks. However, the cruise went along the water ways and did not really see much. A bunch of cargo boxes with cargo ships. At first when you leave the port you see some beautiful buildings and the nice bridges. When the narrators talked about what was around us, depending where you sat you could or could not hear. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the cruise even though it was raining.

Our guide had an excellent knowledge of the history of Montreal. He was very courteous and friendly. He arrived at our hotel to pick us up at the expected pick-up time. And drove very safely throughout the city. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. No complaints. The tour expected my expectations. Great value for the money!
