What people are saying about Montevideo Department

Other than the tour company not having me on a manifest for pick up...it all worked out. Great little town! Shouldn't be missed! I would have liked a little less detail on the history and maybe a little less history. The flora & fauna was lovely. The buildings were charming and the people friendly. Perhaps explanation of some of the farm (crops and animals) both directions. Being English speaking, you won't get all the same details as Spanish & Portuguese on any tours. It's fine, I can understand some! The guide went out of his way to help me especially after disastrous pick up. Certainly didn't make the other passengers happy either.

I really enjoyed it, punctuality and great service. The guide Mrs. Carmen was very efficient and helpful, gave very important information. Colonia del Sacramento really deserves a visit.

An excellent full day tour with Marcella as an excellent tour guide, who provided detailed explanations during the day tour. it is worth a visit to punta del este.

The tour is nice and well organized. The PA system is a bit weak, so the good and detailed explanations were not always understandable.

Very nice except for the first visit to the museum of different collections
