Head into the heart of Montepulciano to a historic underground cellar dating back to the 16th century. Learn about the cellar and admire its impressive vaults and tunnels which create a charming setting for the experience. Next, enjoy a tasting of premium wines with an expert sommelier. Sample some of the cellar's most prestigious wines, and learn about the different flavors. The tasting session includes four of the most well-known wines of the region, including Rosso di Montepulciano DOCG and Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG. The wine tour was one of the best we have had in a trip full of great experiences. Our Sommelier, Nicola was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and really took his time giving us a deeper understanding and appreciation of the wines. We could not have enjoyed it more. The wine cellar was spectacular some of which dates to antiquity. The wines we fabulous. I would highly recommend this tour.

Luigi was very informative . He showed his passion and answered all our questions with honestly, patience and in detail. We tasted 4 wines and understood the differences in each as well as the process . . Of course the cellars were impressive . The charcuterie and cheese plate was plain . We purchased the il Noble Reserve. That was our favourite . Thank you .

We enjoyed the wine tasting and touring the cellar very much. Fantastic guide. My wife had walking difficulties and the descent down the cellar steps was challenging. At the end of the tour he opened the door to the street, which would have been a good option for her at the beginning (to avoid difficult brick stairway) as well.
