The luminous lagoon itself was excellent. You arrive to a bar/restaurant and can eat/drink there before or after your trip. Annoyingly we were offered the opportunity to stop at a souvenir shop en route and it was an unenjoyable experience in a warehouse like shop - not local at all. A woman followed us around the shop ushering us to buy things. Wouldn’t recommend that aspect.

It was great, such an unique experience and we learn a lot too. The guides and captain were funny, knowledgeable and very helpful. Even if you can't swim, there're lifeguard vest on board that you can wear so you won't miss this one in a lifetime swim. The water is warm, so don't be afraid to go in the water. You should bring a towel, water shoes and your good mood!

Great experience swimming in the luminescent water. It was amazing and the boat captain was very friendly. The transfer was overall good, even though the driver went to the wrong part of the lagoon at first (there are several docks on the lagoon that have this). It was not communicated well that you have the option to eat dinner/drink before your boat excursion at the restaurant by the dock, so make sure you come hungry. I highly suggest doing this while in Jamaica.
